Tara Duncan, RN is the newest addition to our team, as of 2025. She graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2021, and comes to us from a hospital MedSurg unit in Maryland. Tara works closely with Dr. Arnautovic for patient care, surgery scheduling, medical clearances, and clinical needs. As an active duty military spouse and mother of two, she enjoys reading, cooking, and outdoor adventures with her family.

Chelsea Melton joined the team in 2022. She manages a variety of duties in the office including managing Dr. Arnautovic’s calendars, setting up meetings and providing clerical support to him and his surgical patients. She also serves as the main point of contact for Dr. Arnautovic. When she isn’t working, she enjoys listening to podcasts and boating with her husband and their 4 children.

Candice Henson started working with Dr. Arnautovic in the summer of 2023, but she has worked in neurosurgery for 8 years. She assists Julie in clinic and with all clinical needs. She has lived in Memphis her whole life, and is married.
